Although License Manager can be used for activation, it is not a one-click activation tool. It's primary purpose is to provede useful information about your licenses.
There are two versions LicenseManager35.exe is for .NET Framework 3.5 (always present on Win 7) and LicenseManager40.exe runs on .NET Framework 4.0 (always present on Win 8).
Now supports LCIDs with 5 digits in the PID
Contains a built-in KMS Server, which makes it now a standalone activation solution. For this to work you need to keep the supplied Dll in the same directory as the Exe.
